What we store
OFF PET is built to work mostly on your device. Your pet, streak, and progress live in your browser's local storage. When you sign in, we back those up to our servers so they sync across devices.
Account data
If you create an account, we store your email address, an authentication record, and your synced pet state. We use this to log you in, sync your progress, and (for Pro subscribers) provide access to paid features.
Payments
OFF PET Pro is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We store the subscription ID, plan, status, and billing period returned by Stripe so we can unlock Pro features for you. Bank statements may show LINK.COM* OFFPET or similar.
Analytics
We collect anonymous performance metrics (page load times, error rates) tied to a random session id, not to your identity, to keep the app fast.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@offpet.app. That removes your synced data and cancels any active subscription at the end of the paid period.
